Stickbase Customer Service FAQs / Help

How can I track my order?
You can track the status of your order by using both the email address you used when ordering and your order number (which can be found on order confirmation email). Click here to track your order.

How can I change/cancel my order or change the delivery date?
If an item has not been despatched it is possible to amend an item at no extra cost. However, if you change an order after 12 in the noon on the day of despatch it is unlikely that we will be able to change the order as the order will have gone to the warehouse for preparation. If the item has been despatched, the goods will need to be returned to us and a collection charge of £39 per item will be levied. Once received; we will email you to confirm the change of order details within one working day. Received damaged goods? Wrong item received?
We try our best to ensure that all goods arrive safe and complete without any trouble . However, damages may occur during transit or handling the items. Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 24hrs of initial receipt of goods. We request that if any goods appear damaged on delivery then customers should refuse the goods and sign the couriers' manifest as "damaged on delivery, item refused". If the goods appear superficially damaged (i.e. the packaging looks damaged) please accept the goods and sign the couriers' manifest as "damaged on delivery".
If  you find the goods are damaged or some parts are missing or wrong item delivered after the courier has gone or after opening the packaging;  please report the fault to us with a full description of the problem. We will then contact you to arrange collection of the damaged goods and organise the despatch of new goods or organise the disptach of spare parts.

Parts or items missing?
If you order contains more than one different items, then it is more likely that goods will be despatched from more than one warehouse and delivered using separate couriers. We request that you check your the delivery status of your order using our Online Order Tracking System

Does Stickbase have retail stores / showrooms?
We regret to inform that currently we do no have any retail stores or showrooms where you can come and see the whole range. We are solely web based retailer with sound presence on line

Out of stock?
If you are interested in an item that is indicated as out of stock we suggest you choose something comparable from huge range of high quality and great value products on our westore. If you do decide to order an item that is indicated as out of stock it will need to be ordered from one of our suppliers and there may also be an additional supplier lead time. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any dispatch or delivery lead times on out of stock items.

Can I pick up my order from an office or warehouse?
We do not hold any stock at our head office and we therefore cannot accommodate pick up from our head office. All orders are despatched from our warehouses across the country and we also cannot accommodate pick up at any of our warehouses at any time. Our head office is based in Bristol

Does Stickbase sell or ship the countries outside UK?
Currently we are trading only in United Kingdom. However, we are unable to trade with the customers in OFAC Sanctioned countries and cannot accept payment or ship to any of these countries listed below;
Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia & Serbia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote D Ivoire), Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Republic of Guinea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe
